I Just Need to Say This-

Hi Friends,

Let me be very clear about something. Stick with me. I am so tired of the bullying. All I have to do is go on one musician, athlete, or celebrity Facebook page and website and see the hate.

Really. These are REAL people. With real family and friends. People like you and me who have their lives broadcasted for the world to see. What happened to kindness? What happened to living like Christ lived? What happened to love?

Put yourself in their shoes. Their family members shoes. Real people are reading the comments and the posts and the hate. Their children are reading it. Once it’s out there, there is no turning back.

If you don’t agree with someone that is no right to sit behind a screen and bash or belittle someone.

Depression is real. Addictions are real. How can we help people if we are constantly putting them down? What would Jesus do? You know he is standing right next to you when you are typing, saying, and doing these things.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say to be mean. To let your insecurities be an excuse to belittle others.

We need to be united. We are called The United States of America for a reason. How are we as Christians uniting? How are we spreading the Good News of the Savior?

I pray that as a Nation we can help each other. We can stop ignoring that there are REAL issues that need to be discussed. Today was another example of that. The mass shooting in Orlando. Terrorism. It is terrifying to think that we are focusing on minuscule things like what a celebrity is wearing, when we have citizens dying for doing nothing wrong.

As Christians, let’s unite and spread the love of Jesus Christ. I want as many people in heaven with me as possible. Each day is another opportunity to share what we believe. Let’s make this week count. We never know when it could be our last.

Love,

Sarah
